I performed the assessment on January 26th at 9pm, and the assessment is an abbreviation for "Myers–Briggs Type Indicator.” It describes people by dividing several categories such as “Extraversion or Introversion”, “Sensing or Intuition”, “Thinking or Feeling”, and “Judging or Perceiving.” As for me, the result is “ISTJ” which are introversion, sensing, thinking, and judging. The purposes of this assessment are to understand about myself, to build future plans for finding a job, and to improve my relationship with other people.
Hopefully in the coming years I can do more service and help more people. I would consider myself a leader, especially in the classroom. For example, whenever we do labs in science I find myself taking control and assigning tasks for the other members of my group to follow. I am also a leader when it comes to group projects in
When I walked out of the room, he should have expected to be greeted by the entire Cataula Family waiting for him to see if he had advanced closer to be the next Planetary Sovereign. However, he never expected to see his daughter off to the side looking ready to hurt someone with tears in her eyes. Everyone on the planet knew there were only a few Viceroys left on the listing for testing. Now that all Twelve Leaders of the Hierarchy conducted the testing as one, family members seldom seen or even known were traveling to the City of the Planetary Sovereigns. He stood tall, removed all emotions from his face, and stormed forward.
When it comes to leadership, I feel more than qualified and that comes from being able to take initiative while being kind. Though some
The number and types of activities for which you tended toward leadership: According to the self-evaluation I had 12 activities that tended towards leadership. These were activities that included using my passion to help others through motivation and mentoring and creating and developing curriculum. These things were truthful for me as it’s important for me to be proactive and look at the long-term truthfully in order to create the desired success for an organization.

When I read this prompt, I thought it was silly seeing as though I had completed the introductory memo just a few months ago. I did not think I would be able to tell anything about myself from reviewing a document I had written at the beginning of the semester. However, I was proved wrong. In the introductory memo, I wrote that my proudest achievement stemmed from the change that occurred within my high school’s color guard during the time that I was captain. Interestingly enough, two of my top five themes from the StrengthsFinder Survey are applicable to this example.
In my brief life, I have overcome a lot of adversity. My mom fled Mexico with her three young children to escape domestic violence. When we came to this country we had only a few personal belongings and the promise of a better future. We came to this country and lived in a small trailer with no toilet other than a bucket, and no shower except for the one that was lent to us from the kindness of a stranger, our new neighbor. As a single parent, my mother had to work day and night to support us.
Less than 1% of the United States population decides to take the oath to protect this country. Joining the military was definitely the best decision I have personally ever made. I took that oath to be part of the 1% because I wanted to help people, I wanted to defend my country. I have met some pretty amazing people that have taught me more than I could ever imagine by joining the Army. One in particular is SGT Bryan Wigginton.
A successful school will have effective leadership. It is essential for the culture of the campus that a principal has an educational philosophy and leadership style that engulfs the vision of the school. My goal shortly is to become an administrator, so it is paramount that I have a philosophy and style that is clear for everyone to understand. There are others that have written books or have had their articles published in educational journals that share my philosophy and style. The theory or approach that I follow is the human relations approach and it the one that best identifies me, and the leadership style I will display with my staff.
It had become increasingly difficult to breathe; my chest had turned to lead and the weights attached to the tension in my shoulders had decided they were no longer content to remain a nuisance. Time was progressing, but I was not. Without warning, he announced he was leaving. Without warning, he resigned as band director and abandoned our music program in a heart-breaking state of affairs, leaving me vulnerable. My leadership position within the band program had given me false confidence and I thought I had everything under control.
The older I get, the more I realize how difficult it has become for me to deal with change. I understanding that change can be a significant thing. I am used to doing things my way. So when the time comes for a change, I do not accept it well. I have a difficult time trying to adjust to change at home and I the workplace.
My leadership skills were a 72, meaning excellent. Minus the fact that I lack self-confidence. I read an article that I got off of the website that we take out assessments on, about how to gain more self-confidence. I also shared that bit with my family and they were not surprise and neither was I. I believe in others more then I believe in myself, as odd as that sounds, but my dad told me that I cannot become a great leader if I do not believe in myself first.
Leadership interview I was given the chance to interview Hailey Hunt who has a position on student council. She taught me about her position and how she has been able to help others. She has taught me the many sides of being a leader and how it can be quite trying at times. I have found interviewing a leader is very different from researching about a leader.
I have come to realize that my strengths lie in communication, relationship-building, and identifying new solutions through technology. However, I am also aware of areas for improvement, particularly in the realm of strategic thinking and decision-making. I am committed to continuous self-improvement, seeking out mentorship opportunities, and participating in leadership development programs to better equip myself to serve others and make a greater impact. My focus as a leader is on addressing global challenges such as environmental sustainability, social justice, and economic inequality.
