As a mom of a special needs child, my educational philosophy is mostly based from personal experience, from how I started to what I have learned throughout this journey. And as a Special Needs Educational Assistant, this is where I can help students with special needs, we are taught how to provide care and support to children with special needs. I will be alongside the student with my continuous support to improve their learning experience. And also as a paraprofessional who is working around kids, I will develop a respectful relationship with the teacher to give a positive and safe environment workplace for the whole team and for all children involved. Believing that every children are the key to success I will provide guidance and motivation to enable students to utilize their potential that they possess to become a well-adjusted contributing member of the society. This will allow them to explore and to reach full potential as learners.
