As a mom of a special needs child, my educational philosophy is mostly based from personal experience, from how I started to what I have learned throughout this journey. And as a Special Needs Educational Assistant, this is where I can help students with special needs, we are taught how to provide care and support to children with special needs. I will be alongside the student with my continuous support to improve their learning experience. And also as a paraprofessional who is working around kids, I will develop a respectful relationship with the teacher to give a positive and safe environment workplace for the whole team and for all children involved. Believing that every children are the key to success I will provide guidance and motivation to enable students to utilize their potential that they possess to become a well-adjusted contributing member of the society. This will allow them to explore and to reach full potential as learners. Being an Educational Assistant, you are the one person that will spend more time with the student than any other members of the team and I will take that opportunity to help along with initial interactions between the student with special needs and his/her peers to help them understand differences that might make them confused and uncomfortable, this will give them the chance to learn how to accept and appreciate differences, and this will allow them to develop a positive
