For the past 21 years at my current employer, I have acquired business management skills in order to be successful in my career as a leader in the financial industry. Of the 21 years, 12 years have been spent in various HR relations/ management role in employee relations, recruiting, retaining talent, training and development. I have acquired skills in change management and I have applied these skills throughout my 21 years in management. These 21 years have brought about many changes from culture, business, industry driven, and self-initiated. In my role and I am responsible for providing a rational method and identifying key systems that would aid in cultural change over time that continues to align with the organization's strategy while strengthen organizational behavior to renew and sustain exceptional performance.
