There are different qualities that a student must acquire in order to obtain a degree. Being a full-time student and having to work through different obstacles such as the heavy workload, I have to use my leading attributes in order to improve my approach on successfully getting through college. I have three personality traits that are appropriate for the college environment and each trait can be used in this environment to help me earn a degree. First, I am a very determined individual. Keeping balance is sometimes hard to do in a college environment but as I progress in my journey I realize that I can turn to anyone for help. When I am at a crossroads I tend to find it easy to talk to my professors, fellow peers, tutoring centers etc and this helps me to maintain a straight focus in order to obtain my degree. Turning to others for assistance helps me maintain that balance when I feel stressed and being able to have that help at times pushes me to keep going on my journey to get my degree. In college I am always given the opportunity to work with different professors/peers and I believe that having this sort of communication can help with my progression of obtaining a college degree. Being able to communicate and work through certain situations in the college environment can really help to push me to obtain my degree. Effective communication is key when trying to distinguish what information needs to be expelled in an efficient manner and this is appropriate in a college
