As a Christian, I live my faith by being involved in my church community. I regularly attend church services where I actively participate in the worship and sermons that help me grow closer to God. I actively seek God's presence and desire to strengthen my faith through prayer, music, and sermons. I believe that acts of love should go hand in hand with faith. I actively look for opportunities to help and encourage those who are in need in my community. My leadership role as a worship leader in Sunday mornings and youth places a big responsibility on me to lead others in Christ and lead well. By valuing and investing in the qualities and potential of individuals I meet with often, I empower and equip others. I provide them with direction and resources to help them succeed because when a person thrives, everyone thrives. I take part in mentoring relationships, offering advice to those who might benefit from my experiences while encouraging them to create their own paths. The strength of group effort is something I am mindful of. I foster a culture where individuals feel inspired to contribute their special talents and cooperate to achieve shared objectives by encouraging collaboration and valuing many different perspectives.
