Velibor spoke about his experience in volunteering with improving community’s infrastructure and living conditions at local, regional and international levels over the years. I learnt that I must be passionate and believe in what I am doing for my volunteering to be effective. Volunteering enables and empowers individuals to improve communities and experience yourself how communities improve because of your commitment to help. I plan to volunteer for Aston Project and I will be working with my local community and this was useful to me as it has given me an insight of what it is like to volunteer in communities and what I can expect. It is beneficial for my future career in the Police as the Police provide protection to the general public in times of a crisis or emergency.
