Rules and regulations should apply to personal religious beliefs. For example, if a person was hired and exceeded the job expectations and requirements, individual of higher authority is threatened by their own position and fire the employee for no reason. Personal religious beliefs should remain isolated because being over qualified resulted in loss of job. In 2015, an unethical decision was made on their behalf with falsifying emissions tests. They ignored the safety concerns for consumers, and decided to continue with cheating the system. “This shows that they were knowingly doing wrong which is unethical” (Patra, B. P. , 2016). The unethical standards and behavior reflected the company inability to operate around the value of the company. Decisions that are purposely made to deceive others are usually establish by groups within to try and benefit the company’s needs.
