The team is in a huddle; the quarterback starts rallying the team along with leading them by telling them what plays to do and how to do it. After this game the quarterback goes to his job and leads his peers the same way he leads his team. Some people believe that the chances of something like a person getting a concussion or a life threatening injury are too high in comparison to the benefits, and the student athletes tend to work themselves to hard causing this like overuse injury that can be recurring. However, the benefits of these sports are much higher than the risk of having a serious injury, and while playing these sports children develop self confidence and have more team spirit.
