Many places can make bad choices and shut down, but if the company safely invest in stocks it can have a great blooming company. A great place for me to work in the future would be Capital One Financial Corporation. A former employee says Capital One would be a terrific place to work with the relaxed atmosphere, all the great teamwork, flexibility, balances your home and work life, and a has great management support for employees. I would spend more money in their environment so there would likely be more employees that would want to join Capital One. I would also spend more money on making it a bigger chain so it is more accessible to people which would make them more money where more people invest in the Capital One Corp. because it is more convenient. That idea costs a significant amount money, but they could make small banks and ATMs in a variety of different
