In almost every sport there is a concussion risk factor as an injuries, things such as impairments happen in athletics. Yet in football the possibilities of getting a dangerous amount of concussions goes up and could lead to long term damage to the brain. No wonder most parents become scared of their children playing football, the risk factors for injuries are very high. Most football organizations do not even teach concussion safety and prevention methods. The talk about concussion currently is based around the fact on whose fault it really is for all the disabilities athletes are suffering from in result of too many concussions . These players hit with a bunch of force which tends to put a lot of trauma on your head, resulting in some brain related injury normally concussions. With the NFL neglecting to let these players know about these risks the players are filing lawsuits against the NFL and putting the suits together. Over two thousand former players united to help get the help they deserve and help the players now be protected. As a result of these lawsuits the league's insurers do not want to be near the NFL. In the cases Ben Utecht he decided it was the last straw when he found out about his brain related injury caused by his time in the NFL. After suffering five documented concussions, he completely didn't remember being involved in his friends wedding. These concussions cause Ben memory loss in recent events. Ben talks about how when he received his fourth concussion “that's when it became scry to me”. Ben states “The fourth (concussion) came in 2007 in the first quarter of a game against the Denver Broncos when I slipped to the turf while blocking a defensive end and a defensive tackle tried to jump over me, just clipping the back of my helmet with his cleats. I didn't remember the incident or the rest of the game, but as we watched the game film showing my body go limp when I lost consciousness for a few seconds before reawakening, talking to teammates and sprinting off the
