It’s that time of year again. The Holidays are upon us and with that the Holiday shopping! When I get asked what I want for Christmas the answer is ALWAYS the same. You guessed it. Craft Beer! You can’t go wrong getting craft beer as a gift for a craft beer drinker…or can you? Unless I ask for a specific beer, the possibilities of what I may receive are endless. I can’t imagine it’s easy for the gift giver to search out the beer either. The people who normally buy craft beer for me don’t really know craft beer. I may tell them a certain style to look for (if they ask) or maybe even a specific beer that I’m after, but the purchase really comes down to the clerk who’s working that day. Nothing against the folks that work the craft beer section at your local store but most of the time they know little about craft beer.
