For the past hundred years there has been a arguments involving the opinion on the death penalty. Most people see is as inhumane or the easy way out. They rather let inmates spend years in jail serving the time that the judge or jury sees justice. Others yo would call the anion twisted side of the world, wanting the people that committed these crimes to be put to death in some pretty horrific ways. Juveniles should be trialed as adult and receiving major punishment when committing a capital offense. When being a danger to society as a child under the age of 18, the chances of this child reversing his or her way is slim to one. But as always that one can make a difference. Children need role models to shape them in to a law bidding citizen. With out the proper knowledge they are not learning right from wrong.

They have stolen, raped, killed, etc. these crimes can by done anytime, any place, anywhere, any age. So why is age even a factor?
