Imagine you're in the midst of a very intense game, your team is down 2-1 and there is only one minute left. You get the ball at your feet at the fifty, and you are overwhelmed with pressure. You look up and see 3 big defenders that are standing in your way, you quickly dribble around one of them with ease. Finally, you take another step, and you're about to shoot but… You try to stomp your foot next to the ball but the grounds just not there.
