It’s a Thursday night your charging down a field clenching a football under you right arm, you have all your peers cheering you on. Your big exams were today and you need to be studying for the other exam tomorrow; sweat streams down your face as if it’s washing away the tension and fear of your grades… and TOUCHDOWN! You score and all the worry is swept away. School sports may seem a distraction from learning and succeeding in life to some, but quite frankly it may act as an reliever to those in need.
