Many people in our world today, tend to look towards technology to help them lose weight or stay fit. There are many apps out there that help people stay fit and track their diet. I recently started using the app called Google Fit. I started using this app because I wanted to lose weight and I wanted to see if technology could help me. Google Fit is an app that allows you to keep track of your fitness and it also motivates you to exercise. This app tracks all of your daily activity such as running, walking or cycling by your phone or smart watch. This app will automatically track your speed, pace or route through the device. I have been using these apps for three weeks now and I plan on using them for a long time because they give me motivation and guidance to a healthier life style. These two apps are different because Google Fit is mainly used for tracking your exercise where as My Fitness Pal is mainly used for tracking your diet. In my opinion, these apps work great together for someone who is trying to exercise more and eat healthy. I would highly recommend both of these apps to anyone who is looking for a healthier life style. These apps have already helped me lose weight and change my eating habits. They also made the process easier because the apps are free of purchase and simple to use. Sometimes when people think about losing weight, they often look to a personal trainer or workout video. I recommend looking towards technology because these apps have the right tools to motivate someone to exercise and also have the tools to change your eating habits. Google Fit and My Fitness Pal have helped me accomplish many fitness goals in only three weeks. I plan on using these apps together in the future because I know they will keep me on track for a healthier life
