Illegal Immigration

Illegal immigration is the migration of people from one country to the other in a manner that violates the immigration laws of the destination country. Illegal immigrants have surged in recent times perhaps owing to civil strife in their own countries. Often, illegal immigrants happen to shift from poorer countries to rich countries, apparently in search of ‘greener pastures’ and better life. However, immigration studies reveal that the illegal immigrants need not be necessarily the poorest within their population. The objective of this paper, therefore, is to elucidate illegal immigration, its methods and the problems associated with it.

Most of the illegal immigrants came this way; less mentioned, however, is that the rest originally came lawfully generally on work or vacation visas then overstayed their visit. The ideas generate both valuable and negative repercussions for the country and for the immigrants themselves. The country guidelines must deal with both places of results. If we have to look for ways to a solution, we must analyze the authentic situation of the larger numbers of the illegal immigrants in the country without neglecting the authentic issues larger numbers of People in America have about their existence.
