There are three issues in this report about interracial adoption. They are debating on race and adoption, overcoming international adoption and matter of race in adoption. Adoptive parents of black children should recognize and combat the pervasiveness of institutional and individual racism. Since the mid 1990s, united states law has prohibited any effort to keep children within same race families and prevent transracial adoption and Other laws, including the Indian Child Welfare Act,conflict with these principles;American Indian Children are treated as resources belonging to indian tribes.
