Why Should The United States Let In Syrian Refugees
The war in Syria started as a peaceful uprising against Syria’s President Bashar al-Assad but, then it turned into a full-scale war that has killed many people. Now Syrian refugees are looking for other counties to allow them in for a place to stay until the chaos has cooled down. Since 2011 Syria has been known as a war zone and there is predictions on how the war will end; however, none have came to anyone's mind. Most refugees have left to Lebanon, Turkey, and Jordan for safety and medical care. Lebanon and Jordan are at a breaking point because, they have too many refugees to take care of in addition to taking care of their own people. However, some counties are not allowing refugees in because, they either can not provide room for refugees or they do not want other refugees to come in their county. Hungary has built a fence around the country to keep refugees out. Russia can not accepted refugees because, they are already supporting Assad. Just because other countries are accepting them in does not meant the untied sates have to. Even muslim countries like Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Bahrain have not let in a single refugee and does not dependents to do so. In this point of view, Syrian refugees should go to other places in their area and not any others. Syrian refugees or any other refugees should be treated like a human being and not some savage animal that have been kept up in a cage wanting to be free but will never have the chance. While moral obligation is a key element in allowing in the Syrian refugees, the impact of the economies in the U.S will effect how major leaders in society feels about allowing in more refugees when there is already a lot of
