Work is hard to come by for both adults and teens. The amount of hours a student is allowed to work is limited by law. Not to mention, most employers do not like to take in student workers for that reason. It’s reasonable not to hire a worker that may not be available, so why not think up a solution? Why not make a type of union job for teens in early high school. Furthermore, if a plan was devised we can; supply more jobs, keep more teens off the street, develop progression in our community, and lastly protection of teen rights. The country feeds off the worker. More jobs lead to greater economic growth for the country, and early teen union jobs can help in that growth. Teens can help make simple American made products to export to other countries. Teens do not have to do any trade work. The can do simple community jobs like street cleaning, river keeping, helping product movement. With the multitude of teens wanting to work a replacement is easy to come by. With the movement of teens working these jobs for the community, we can make it more advanced. Clean streets will provide less pollution to the environment and neater street life. The river keepers will also help control pollution to our water supply as well make it easier for purification. Less chemicals and cleaning agents added the better. Lastly with production movement, teens can travel by bike or car to deliver products that are needed within the community. Anyone could order any necessity and have it delivered at their leisure.
