Ah, the Wage Gap. Many people can take different views on the wage gap, for example; gender, race, ethnicity, or sexuality all have different Wage Gaps. Most people view it as a very bad thing, and some don’t care about it at all. The Wage Gap is a horrible thing, and it needs to be stopped as soon as possible. . Why do I think that it needs to be stopped? I think it needs to be stopped because the Wage Gap has been going on for too long. It even opens wider if you aren’t the same race or sexuality, not only gender and it affects basically everyone in your community, and it is almost always in bad ways. It is harder for the people who aren’t caucasian heterosexual men, which is completely unfair.

However, these claims are invalid because african american, latino, hispanic, and asian women have to work harder than men because traditionally they are not the main supporters to their families (financially). Also, there has been a study that shows how two people of the opposite gender who work for the exact same job, company, and who work the same amount of hours still earn a 19% difference in pay. It is wrong that opportunities like these are handed to some, and others have to work harder and longer for
