How safe do you think a school bus is? A moving vehicle with no seat belts on it. Do you still think school buses are really safe? A school bus could crash at any time eney day which is why I think school buses should have seat belts. Nobody knows when an accident could occur. People say that buses don't need seat belts at all. They think that if a school bus does crash that the kids. Would just fall against a seat in front of them but. That's not going to stop them from flying out a window and ending up in the emergency room.

One example would be that seat belts can save a life if the bus crashes. Did you know parents in Chattanooga, Tennessee are mourning the death of 5 kids in a bus crash. The 24-year old driver was arrested and this left people wondering if the bus had seat belt would their kids be safe in sound right in front of them. Did you also know that 500 children and teens die each year in car accidents during school travel. So you can see why having seat belts on a bus is really important. For the safety of kids, Teachers, and the driver himself. All of them are endangered from a car accident with no seat belts on. Just take a look of the evidence yourself you read what it said about how many kids and teens die each year from crashes. So unless you want more car accidents to innocent children than I advise you to get seat belts on school buses.
