How the Internet Affects Our Mind

I. Introduction Paragraph A. Introduction: With the internet everything is easier, cheaper, and faster. Young adults rarely spend time in the library, remember phone numbers,and have the ability to understand a map. Using the internet makes you lack effort to use your brain.
B. Background information: The internet has a reputation of containing variety of information. The internet can give young adolescents the illusion of knowledge, making us think we are informal. The common thread is the tendency of estimating the ability to think without using the internet. C. Mean: The survey conveys how young adults suffer more from online bullying than physically bullying. With cyberbullying, bullies are able to use cell phones, instant messaging, e-mail, chat rooms or social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter to harass, threaten or intimidate someone.. Cyber bullying is a type of bullying but an online one and because of this it can be done anonymously which makes harder to identify the bully. D. Matter: This is significant is how it doesn't just completely destroy one's self confidence,dignity but it can also lead to certain disastrous implications like suicide,depression etc.Cyber bullying ,on surface,might seem as something not very threatening but I think it as harmful as other pathetic activities on the Internet since it results in certain predicaments, as mentioned above, that might influence lives.Hence,I am of the opinion that it has to be taken …show more content…

Mean: This signifies how the problem is that young alduts switch back and forth between homework and streaming through text messages, their ability to focus on either task erodes.With a scatter brained, multitasker there is little time to think about what we are actually doing. There is only time to complete the tasks hurriedly and move to the next task, while trying to make sure you didn’t forget anything. D. Matter: This is important for when focus on one task without distraction, your brain is focused solely on that task. You complete the task much quicker when all you think about it one task. You complete the task with fewer mistakes and higher quality. You also think of new ideas associated with a task or idea when you are completely focused on it, which is the biggest benefit to focusing. If you are solely focused on an idea, you get more ideas on how to do things better and quicker.
