In this persuasive text I’ll be explaining why Jimi Hendrix is a hero to me. I’ll be touching on a few points such as, how he was the greatest guitarist of all time, a very inspirational person, and in time where black people were heavily discriminated he rose up against it a became one of the greatest musician of all time.

Jimi Hendrix was one of the greatest guitarists but also shaped the music to follow. Jimi was one of rocks first pioneers, at the time his music was quite controversial, he experimented with sounds that people usually stayed away from. One of the reasons why jimi Hendrix is a hero and one of the greatest guitarists of all time was the fact that he explored the unknown, some of his music at the time was quite controversial especially his version of the star spangled banner he played at Woodstock. There’s no doubt Jimi was the greatest guitarists of all time, I’ve seen many list and opinions and all lead to having Jimi at the top. In a music career that only spanned a few years he wrote more music then some people wrote in a full length career. Music and most stuff in general were dominated by white people at the time and Jimi Hendrix fought threw this, although being a black American he became one of Americans most loved musicians. When he was young he was heavily discriminated just because he was black, luckily he didn’t let this get to him otherwise he would of ended his career there.
