Starting Tuesday January 17, 2017 – TODAY - all students must park in the upper student parking lot. This includes late arrival and early dismissal students. We are having to do this because students have taken over the front lot and our visitors do not have anywhere to park. If you are parked in the front parking lot today, talk to Officer Pearson as soon as you can.
Melissa Jeanette “Missy” Franklin is a Canadian-American competitive swimmer and is a five-time Olympic gold medalist. Missy Franklin should be remembered because she swims for the USA Olympic team showing great pride representing her country in the sport that she has a tremendous love. Also she is very encouraging to young adults and kids everywhere to follow their dreams, and she also puts a stand on her thought about bullying and what you could do to stop it. Even at age 22 she is still active with her swimming career and is training for the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo, Japan at the “ New National Stadium”.

However, I am becoming increasingly uncomfortable with the growing specter that many of these athletes will pay the price of developing Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE) to a greater or lesser extent as they grow older. I believe that any change in the rules of the game which would accommodate these concerns would also diminish its popularity. I also believe that attempts to improve protective equipment can only go so far without seriously diminishing the skills and capacities of the player.

Dear Mr. Wright, When struggling with something, people often think to themselves, “Nobody understands what I’m going through”. However, seeing or hearing the experience of someone else who struggles with the same thing likely brings them comfort. Knowing they are understood by the people. Similarly, many African American children are struggling with the same problem of feeling as though they are not understood. Thankfully, there is a way to provide them with the sweet spark of comfort from being appreciated.
Mr. Higgins, First I want to thank you and the rest of the staff for organizing the intervention this morning. I was reflecting back on my time at Brophy after the meeting and recognize that I have received many opportunities that most student can not receive in public high school. If I had a chance to redo my four years of high school I would definitely still pick Brophy. Even though my high school career at Brophy could have been better, none of the moments I have had (good or bad) has been a waste. Brophy has dramatically changed my life farther than any school could have and changed the way I think and carry myself between freshman year and now.

First off I would like to apologize for my actions I have brought to the table starting from my freshman year; I know I have put Dr. Chastain through tons my 4 years of attending Putnam City North. Dr. Chastain I really thank you for giving me opportunity after opportunity really being on my team to see me succeed, I have been going through a lot and trying to do things on my own and I see it slowly destroying my life and I know deep down inside everyone just wants what’s best for me. I want to give all honor and respect to the Putnam North faculty, I understand what my wrongs are I just need to settle down and look at life from a different perspective. The Freshman 15 is a thought that crosses the minds of most future college students, but most say that it won’t happen to them. This fear of losing a toned body after graduating high school bothers some more than others. They realize after high school there are no longer athletics, and they’ll no longer be exercising regularly. Also, when they depart from their parents house and begin to live on their own their eating habits change.
“No Homework For Students” Imagine being able to go home and not have to worry about doing homework or a big project to present. There wouldn’t be any stress about school. Instead, you get to lay down and watch your favorite show. Then you could go to the park with your friends and play games, or do anything that interests you.
