Need or Problem Step 1. Describe the need: The problem is that teenagers find it hard to seek the proper protection when needed. 2. Explain the importance of the problem: Over the past decade condom use in both male and female teenagers has been going down according to a study done by Child Trends. Going hand in hand with that fact is also the fact that one in four teenagers contract a sexually transmitted disease every year.Condoms may not be the only way to protect us from STDS but they are the most effective.
