Plan market research for a selected product/service using appropriate methods of data collection. Me and my friends group also used market research in order to find out what was likely to be sold, we used primary research and we designed our own questionnaire and this helped us to find out a lot of information that we needed and that was going to help us sale our smoothies. 2.Identify customer spending: This is my second objective and it is to identify how much is a customer willing to pay for a smoothie and also who will buy it. 3.Understand customers behaviour: This is my third objective and it is to be able to understand my customers behaviour and to know why a customer will want to have a fresh smoothie. These objectives are set so I can find out about my customers and also for my success in the future. Target Audience: The people I have targeted for my research are mums between the age of 20 to 60 and children of the age of 1 to 10. The target audience will be people who are interested in going to a farm and having a smoothie when being at the farm. Research Method: Primary Research: I will be using a survey to collect quantitative information, the survey will have about ten questions asking about my product. Secondary Research: I will be using the internet to find out the most popular flavours and also which are sold the most.
