Prejudice is being explored in this short video. Prejudice can classified upon specific number of factors including sex, race, age, sexual introductions, nationality, financial status and religion. This video particularly portray about racism. Firstly, prejudice is described as a baseless and generally negative impact toward individuals from a group. Common features of prejudice include negative feelings, stereotyped beliefs, and a tendency to discriminate against members of the group. For instance, in this feature Jane Elliott isolated the kids on the premise of eye color rather than skin color (Ciccarelli &White,2010). From the video we can see how blue eyes people see brown eyes people. This we can merge into the society such as how white react with black people. The interaction between black and white has differences. White people discriminate black people. This is what stated in this video. Secondly, social interaction plays an important role in this video. Social interactions are the actions, or practices of two or more people the demonstrations, activities, or practices of two or more individuals commonly arranged towards one another's selves. That is, any conduct that tries to influence or make note of one another's subjective encounters or plans. This means that the social interaction must be aware of each other--have each other's self in mind. This does not mean being in sight of or directly behaving towards each other (Ciccarelli &White,2010) . The actions, reactions, and thoughts of an individual are influenced by other people or groups. Social influence may be represented by peer pressure, persuasion, marketing, sales, and conformity. For example when Jane Elliott treats the brown-eyed students better than the blue-eye students.
