Problem Solving Techniques People encounter problems and decisions everyday that it may seem like an automatic activity in our life, but it is essential that one has a problem solving skill that can be used during tough decisions or important decisions that may be faced in school, work, or even at personal decisions in life. Based on the Trident Writing Guide, these resources are found to be credible and reliable because it shows information such as the author of the source article, date of publication, and seems like a reliable and trustworthy article as well. There are comments as well in Humor that Works website that mentioned how interesting and reliable is the article on problem-solving. However, the student thinks that Harris (1998)?s article is more reliable and complete since it also indicated in the site that Harris is an educator for more than 25 years at the university level.
The student did not encounter any hardships or challenges while looking for online resources since Google immediately provided the best results for the topic that was searching for. The student initially looked for an image for the problem-solving technique, and went to the website where it was originally used and was eventually led to the first reference, and reviewed the article by Tarvin (2016) posted at Humor that Works website. Through that website, another resources were mentioned and was lead into reading Harris (1998)?s article as
