Ever since the beginning of time, the topic of abortion has always been extremely controversial. It has managed to divide our nation into two sides; those who are pro-choice and those who are pro-life. American’s who identify as pro-choice believe that all women possess the right to choose what is best for them and the embryo or fetus, including the right to have an abortion. Those who identify as pro-life believe that life starts at conception which makes an abortion of any kind immoral and the murder of a human being who had no say in the matter. In the article entitled “Should Abortion Be Legal?” published by the organization ProCon, they talk about the many pros and cons of abortion.
