As a 15 year old, I know that us teenagers are more reckless, so the driving age should not be lowered. First of all, 13 and 14 year olds are not mature enough to handle the responsibility of driving. Would parents really feel good about their kid driving out be themselves? No, the parents would be stressing out all the time, afraid that their child could be in an accident.

Not only will they have to wait longer, but they will not get the taste of freedom or adulthood most people want.
