Embryonic stem cells can be seen as abortion as the embryo gets to be removed after a few weeks of being conceived and that is destroying the chance of a life. A life comes with its baggage and that goes for the disadvantages .The number one advantage of embryonic stem cells is that it offers numerous medical possibilities as the cells have not yet differentiated which allows them to be used in every part of the body, which could cure hundreds of diseases and people that need to be cured by replacing cells that need replacement for them to heal. According to EuroStemCell, I f one does not believe that a fertilized egg is not human then we should not destroy it as much as a hunter does not shoo if he’s not sure if it’s a deer or a man. As absurd as it may be but I would rather die than to take an innocent life and I do a person of religion as well so have to go against my morals and value just to be healed in exchange for a soul I would choose death. Even the stem cells are not guaranteed on curing a disease as they may cause other cells and not the health ones that I would rather need which I don’t trust as cancer is a deadly disease. As in the book and movie of My Sisters Keeper, the older sister suffered with Leukaemia and the sister had to be a donor to her cells that shut down even if it was not embryonic stem cells but she had to undergo operations for her which I would consider her being born to be a donor to her sister which is not something that I would like to see a person go through and have to take it to a point of suing as her parents were using her for the health of the sister which was not right of them without her
