(A) I found that my dreams were relatively easy to remember, for I could vividly recall most of the events within them.
2.) Do you consider yourself to be in relatively good health? Are you sleep deprived? Why might this be important?
(A) Yes, I consider myself to be in relatively good health.

(A) This might be important because it may effect the way you sleep which would indirectly effect how you dream.

(A) According to Freud's wish-fulfillment theory, we because it provides a "psychic safety valve"-expressing otherwise unacceptable feelings: contain manifest (remembered) content and a deeper layer of latent content (a hidden meaning). According to the Information-processing theory, dreaming helps us sort out the day's events and consolidate our memories. According to the Physiological function theory, dreams during REM sleep may help develop and preserve neural pathways. According to the Activation-synthesis theory, REM sleep triggers neural activity that evokes random visual memories, which our sleeping brain weaves into stories.
