Blue Apron is trying to target customers who want convenient meals, which bring new experiences to the kitchen, and proportionally serve entire families for a fair price. Blue Apron gives the customer the option of canceling at anytime with no hassle, or they can just skip weeks if that is their preference. They do this so it’s very easy and convenient for the clients’ schedule. In addition, variety is important to Blue Apron. They don’t repeat any of their recipes for at least one year. After the year is over the company allows customers to vote for their favorites, and then they will repeat the popular recipes. In addition, it’s also appropriate for college students who are living on their own. Parents are buying these convenient meals as a treat for their college students. It brings a little home cooking to the students apartment, and delivers ingredients that students normally wouldn’t have time to buy. Foodies are responding positive as well, because they get to subscribe to a box that might help them switch up their recipes. Besides that, customers are even saying that this service is helping them save money. The box is providing them just the right amount of quality ingredients, so there is less waste. On the other hand, customers do have a few tips for Blue Apron. Blue Apron is currently limited to where it delivers. This is a big issue it should focus on, because it should try to reach as many areas as possible. They are trying to fix the problem, and will hopefully be able to ship to the Texas area soon.
