Management needs to do the calculations of the resource requirements to provide the required output capacity (Radnor, et al., 2015). Human resources are the essential and crucial element needed to be utilized properly at the right places and commitment of the employees is one more important aspect to be considered (Brinkschröder, 2014). For an organization to have competitive edge over competitors human resource requirement of the organization and new strategies must be in sync with each other (Kihara, et al., 2016). Hence, at ALDI resource requirement analysis needed to be done in time. Lovelock in 1992 had developed two approaches towards resource requirement, namely capacity strategy and chase strategy (Radnor, et al., 2015). According to capacity approach the demand is regularized by the management with the help of price incentives, reservation system etc. as per the capacity of the resources. Price incentives are offered in ALDI with lower prices of products as per above data.
