Racism Personal Statement

I want to become staff on this network because I feel as if I am an experienced staff member and I can provide useful knowledge to fellow staff members and players. I've been moderating servers for best part of a year. I know what's right and what's wrong. I already know some of the basic punishments enforced upon players. One of the things I really despise is staff disrespect and racism. I absolutely hate people who disrespect staff. The staff takes time out of their own day to help the server without getting any profit from this and people just come on the server and start cussing out the staff members like they murdered someone. Everyone on the server is equal, therefore everyone should be treated with the same consequences of other players, even if they were my friend I would still punish them correctly and professionally. Another thing that I dislike is those staff members that have favoritism over famous people that play the server and give them extra perks. I really despise staff members that treat their friends differently from the rest of the players. I have met a lot of friends and famous people while playing HCF and I also noticed my dedication to amazing HCF servers such as this one and many others. I want to join the staff team because seeing other staff members on youtube and in-game has very much inspired me to apply, seeing so many successful staff members on the network just makes me want to help out. I want to ensure that I can help faithful grow too it's full potential. To become a staff member on here would mean the world to me and help me enjoy what I like doing on Minecraft.
