Vision Statement
Over the next five years I want to become the person that others can look up to and count on to be an effective member of any team, not only within my career field, but also in all other aspects of my life. I always strive to be the best that I can be, so that others can be comfortable in my skills and trust me to always do my best. There will always be challenges, but by trying my best I will be able to find solutions to any challenges that arise and help my co-workers. I will also be able to create an efficient interprofessional health care team by continually improving my leadership skills.

Mission Statement I want to provide quality patient care in all settings and have quality leadership skills to allowing me to work efficiently with my interprofessional healthcare team. This goal is the first step to achieving the rest of my goals. This goal provides a specific target that is realistic because it is necessary to move forward with my career.
