Gonzalo Morell Raschiatore 1. I think that the three advices that he said in the video: over-delivering, having a positive attitude, and being privately ambitious led him to be a successful person not only in the business area but also in his personal life. If you do a little bit more than what you are asked for makes you seem more interested and a person that the boss is going to look for, having a positive attitude and enthusiasm at work are keys to success, and being privately ambitious and not show it off too much its important because people that it´s too ambitious sometimes they don’t commit very well with long term jobs or they don’t connect well with their team workers. (Competition) Specific: I want to work for a competitive company that wants to get bigger and bigger and compete with the best companies of their field. Measurable: Working for a competitive company would make me develop my strength of competition and achievement. Attainable: There are a lot of companies that want competitive, disciplined and achievers to work for them. Reasonable: Establishing myself on a competitive company would make me gain experience and gain interest in other businesses. Time-based: I want to be working on a competitive company in 4-5 years. C. Being an achiever would help me out to achieve these goals because when I put into my head that I want to achieve something I normally do, so that would help me out finding the job that I do think I deserve. Being a competitor would help me do my best against other people or other companies. I always want to win or make my team/company more successful than others. Being discipline would help myself to be on time on all the assignments that the company assigns me to do and be productive.
