“To be successful in real estate any consistently put your clients’ best interest first. When you do, your personal needs will realized beyond your greatest expectations.” To me little things are taken as a competition, my slogan is, “close the deal.” At McDonald’s I am always selling the customer more than what they wanted I think I could sell a rock to a millionaire. I like to have debates just to try to persuade the other person to believe that I am right. I will explore the job description, requirements, and salary expectations for a real estate agent.

A way that most agents find clients is by, meeting potential buyers in community activities; greeting drop-ins; placing advertisements; responding to inquiries. A good real estate agent closes sales by understanding buyers' requirements, matching requirements to listings, demonstrating benefits, relaying offers, and writing a contract to seal the deal (monster). U.S. news, shares that working full time usually an agent makes about 40 hours a week working 9-5 is not bad due to the fact that you are always out with clients and promoting. “It’s a blessing and a curse to be busy.” Says Townsend (U.S. news). To increase chances of getting hired, a college degree in management or business would look great on a resume, but a college diploma is not required (us news). Next, monster.com tells, Weichart’s offer a training program for new agents (monster). In addition, pratt.edu shares, the total estimate for two years would roughly be about $7,854. The course offers 16 hours of credit per semester (net prices). Finally, monster.com exclaims, one must be good with verbal and written communications. Every work place requires a good work ethic, and willingness to succeed. In my eyes I feel like I got all of these traits in the bag. I think this job shall be a bit interesting, due to my personality and goals. I feel like I would do good but I now know the work I do is all on me and I have to be responsible to get my work done.
