Receptionist

I have developed and refined customer service skills from working at Wells Fargo bank, U.S. bank and smiling moose. Working in such environments required dealing with a variety of people on a constant basis which involved being warm and welcoming, answering calls and questions with poise, and the processing emails of clients and dealing with clients on a personal but professional level.

Administrative

Currently, I am the head of the children 's ministry at First United African Methodist church. I am constantly planning events for the children of our congregation, and communicating with pastors and other church staff to have optimize running the department. Dealing with children requires constant communication, being hospitable and patience. Also from my professional background, I have worked hand in hand with many staffs to make sure problems are identified and solved to ensure projects are complete and on time. This will enable me manage and engage all aspects of the communication ministry. I am open and willing to learn and continue to develop within the establishment.

Computer Programs

I am familiar with the Microsoft office suite, and I hope to expand my knowledge of computer programs. I am willing and eager to learn how to use new programs. As a fast learner, I would welcome the challenge to add to my computer
