On 04-09-2016 at 0315 hours I noticed a pickup stopped on Main Street about Mulberry Street with the passenger door open. The vehicle then turned onto Mulberry Street and pulled to the side of the road. I made contact with the occupants of the vehicle and was advised by dispatch Jenae Sisson had an active warrant for her arrest. Sisson was placed under arrest and placed into hand restraints which were properly fitting and double locked.
On September 8, 2015, at approximately 12:52 PM I, Deputy Ragsdale, was contacted by Captain Tucker to call Michael Holcombe in reference to a theft. I then contacted Michael Holcombe on Wood County cell two. He told me that his daughter was renting a house at 116 Oak Street, Yantis, Texas from Margi Halfcox, suspect. Michael Holcombe told me that he let his daughter borrow his riding lawn mower. He then advised me that his daughter was moving out of that residence.

Dispatch received the call from Kayla’s grandmother, advising Kayla was being held at that location against her will, for a $1,000.00 ransom.
I advised Clark that he was trespassing on private property. Clark acknowledged and stated that he was currently homeless. Clark provided me with his Florida driver's license. Dispatch conducted a wants and warrants check on Clark with negative results.
On 02/12/2016 at about 0830 HRS Scott Chisholm came into the Barton County Sheriff's Office and reported that his machine shed had been entered and items stolen from it again last night. This is the 2nd time in less than a week his shed had been burglarized. I responded to the scene, in the 400 block of SE 20 Ave, on the west side. I followed Chisholm across the sand drive into the grass so as not to disturb any tire impressions or possible shoe impressions. The maching shed sets about 100 yds west of SE 20 Av and has several implements in the area as well.
On 10-24-2017 I was dispatched and responded to 6009 Ridge Rd. (Salvation Army) reference to a lost purse. Upon arrival I met with the complainant, Edith Caudill. Edith stated that she left her purse within a shopping cart at approximately 11:30AM. Edith later discovered that she did not have her purse and returned to the business at approximately 3:18PM.

On 10/30/2015, at approximately 2040 hours, Officer Bowman and your affiant were dispatched to 208 East Mount Vernon Street. The caller, Paul Whalen, stated that his brother just called someone to sell and drop off prescription medication. Your affiant arrived at 208 East mount Vernon Street and briefly spoke with Paul. Ms. Henderson described her bicycle as a ladies, turquoise colored, Huffy, with twenty-six inch tires, a beige basket on the handlebars and a gold painted "M" on the rear fender. She described her husband`s bicycle as a men`s black and gold Huffy with twenty-six inch tires.
On October 21st, 2015, at or about 0120 hours, I was dispatched to 1516 Funston street, Hollywood Florida in reference to a delayed residential burglary. Upon arrival, I made contact with Steve Gow, herein after referred to as the victim. The victim, stated the following; On the above date, at or about 0100 hours, the victim had returned back to his residence when he discovered his front door(facing north) was completely open. Upon a further examination of his door, he also noted that the door jamb was damaged.
