Rights and freedom are part of the justice system. We all have to follow the rights and freedoms.The government always says that the court system is fair and independent. There are many different laws in Canada for justice. It is mostly for fundamental freedom. Which everyone has. There are 4 main fundamental freedoms. Freedom of conscience and religion, which means that everyone should have freedom no matter their religion. The second one is the freedom of thought, belief, opinion, and expression, which means no matter what they say, think, or believe, they should still have freedom. Freedom of peaceful assembly, which means everyone has the right to participate in peaceful protests, demonstrations, and parades.
