Henry Ford is considered to be a hero to some, and a villain to others. Henry Ford was born on July 30 in Springwells Township Michigan. Ford was an American industrialist, business magnate, and Ford Motor Company founder. Henry Ford was one of the most influential industrialists in history. He invented the Model T, an affordable, simple-to-operate, and durable vehicle that changed how we manufacture not only cars but all types of goods. Some might consider Henry Ford to be more of a villain but back then he was a hero to his nation because of the ideas and inventions he created. The inventions of Henry Ford helped change the history of automobiles around the world and are still around today. The invention of the assembly line made it faster and easier to complete the build which made the cars more affordable. “Ford's greatest contribution to the automobile industry was the development of the moving assembly line” (Ricci Paragraph 7). Before the assembly line, it took 14 hours to complete one Model T but with his new invention, it took only 1 hour and 33 minutes. This eventually led to prices overall Model T prices lowering to only 360 dollars.
