Do you know anyone who would ever kill their best-friend? Well I do! About 20 years ago a Latina singer was killed by her supposed to be “best-friend” which was her manager. This Latina singer name was Selena, well known for her looks, outfits, singing, and her kindness she spread across the world. Selena was a kind, wonderful, and beautiful singer. She loved everyone no matter what you were for, people were too jealous of her to see what she was really about. She was put to rest at a young age; she still had a long life and dream ahead of her. -- On April 16, 1971, Selena Quintanilla was born. Later on in her life a name will be added on to her last name (Perez), added because of marriage. Selena was known for two (2) nicknames, “Queen of Tejano Music” and “Mexican Madonna”. The learning Spanish affected her life because it took off less stress and getting money affected her life because she could start doing things she wanted and affording things.
