Wow. We can't believe the year is almost gone. We hope you had a wonderful Christmas season.

Here's what's been going on with us and Burning Hearts Ministries over the last year:

The Book

In May we were very excited to announce that my book, Fanning the Flames of Intercession, was ready. It's been quite the amazing 12 year process to get on paper everything I've learned in my 21 year journey of discovering the heart of God through intercessory prayer. In late September, we had the privilege of accompanying Mom Bachelder on her 22 state, 7300 mile bucket list road trip. Mom was able to see many grandkids and great-grandkids on this trip, and we were blessed to see all of our kids and grandkids for quick visits along the way. Such a joy. We were also able to see some sites like Yellowstone Park, Mount Rushmore, The Crazyhorse Monument, and the Little Bighorn Battlefield. We finished the trip at Mom's new home in Brenda, Arizona, where she will be spending the winter.

The Faith Journey Continues

When we started Burning Hearts Ministries in 2008, God spoke very clearly to me, with confirmations, that He was our source and He was going to meet our needs. He has been so faithful, especially during our time as missionaries in
