With my research paper, I decided to focus on the villain archetype out of all of them. The villain archetype can be defined as the evil character who exists to cause disorder, confusion, and mayhem on society and to battle against the hero. The one character that I feel and demonstrates the villain archetype would be Spitz from, “The Call of The Wild”. Reasons as to why I believe this is that in the story, Buck and Curly finally arrive to the Klondike Region of Canada and quickly learn that they need to survive with primal instincts against Spitz and his pack. However, Spitz, with no ounce of mercy within him, causes trouble within the pack and lures Curly into a false sense of companionship, only to be killed moments later by him.

Richard the Lionheart is one of the most famous of kings, if not the most, in England and France. He was born on September 8, 1157 and died on April 6, 1199. He is mainly known for his part in the Third Crusade attempting to free Jerusalem from Muslim control. Although he had a large and important role in Medieval Europe, it is usually romanticized to increase the heroism of Richard. Richard’s prowess as a military leader, his benevolence and his sense of responsibility were all greatly exaggerated.

Villains are a huge part of movies, stories and books. Without a villain in a plot, the story isn 't the same. Villains provide a problem in the story of the movie or book. The rudest, meanest, dirtiest villain that I know, is Gothel: Rapunzel 's evil step mom.
But if you look at things from a much different perspective, Oliver Cromwell can also be seen as a notorious villain. When he became Lord Protector, he suppressed the rights of the Catholics and tried to force Puritanism among all. This included closing theatres, inns, restriction of sports and, strangest of all, nobody was allowed to work or play soccer on Sundays! Also while Catholics loved to indulge in food on Christmas day, Cromwell made it a day of
In my opinion, I believe the Greeks valued intellect too highly, but cannot say I consider the same for Socrates. The Greeks are presented stern, and the type of individuals that rely on the information from previous generations. Change scares them and they did not like their knowledge or way of life questioned. I deem the idea that people throughout this society had a one track mind and were not open to new ideas or thoughts.
The last villain is the Queen of Hearts from the movie Alice in Wonderland. Villain, a character whose evil actions or motives are important to the plot. Just like the definition of villain states, they show traits just like macbeth. In Shakespeare 's “ The Tragedy of Macbeth”, the character Macbeth is displayed as the villain throughout the play. Macbeth shows the readers that his amiton gets in the way and makes him do things that are considered “evil” until the end of the play. Macbeth is thinking to himself that it is not fair that Duncan 's kids will become king so he kills Duncan and has his sons flee.
