Antoine De Saint- Exupery, a French Writer, Poet, Journalist and Pioneering Aviator. Once stated, “Love does not consist in gazing at each other, but in looking outward in the same direction.” Antoine created this poem about love and what it truly means. It has been said that people fall in love too fast by what they see, and not paying attention to the way they act and how they treat you. William Shakespear’s play, The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet, discusses the tragic love story where, Romeo and Juliet, are supposed to be sworn enemies between the two families but fall in love. A flight happens between the Montagues and the Capulets. Tybalt kills Mercutio and in anger, Romeo kills Tybalt. In this case, Romeo acts without thinking because he is enraged by the loss of his best friend. Romeo is frustrated because Tybalt killed his best friend so he draws his sword and says, ¨Now, Tybalt, take the ‘villain’ back again, That late thou gavest me; for Mercutio's soul Is but a little way above our heads, Staying for thine to keep him company. Either thou or I, or both, must go with him¨ (ll. Vl. 124-128). The Prince comes in and decides that the best decision without having anymore bloodshed is banishment. The families clouds of judgment come in and neither family agrees with the banishment. The Capulets are angry that Romeo's life was spared after losing the life of their nephew. The Montagues believe that it is unfair that Romeo is being banished from Verona, seeing that they both lost someone they loved. When Juliet finds out about what happened it prevents them from seeing each other again and she is frustrated and angry at Romeo, but not because he killed Tybalt but because they can't announce their marriage. As Juliet is waiting for the Nurse to come back with news she gets angry that she is taking so long. To further support, emotions such as love can make you go crazy like in this case Juliet gets upset that the Nurse is taking forever to come back with the news about Romeo. The Nurse is driving Juliet crazy, ¨ The clock struck nine when I did send the nurse, In half an hour she promised to return. Perchance she cannot meet him. That's not so. O, she is Lame!
