I know you care nsider that the weather at this time was -42 degrees, which means that Slade might not have even drank the wood alcohol. He might have froze to death or suffered hypothermia. This again proves that Mr. Baumer is very innocent. Prosecutors and witness against Mr. Baumer say that Mr. Baumer is the reason that Slade is not standing here today. They are completely wrong and untrustworthy! They say that Mr. Baumer bought the wood alcohol knowing Slade would drink it thinking it was whiskey. There is no proof that Mr, Baumer bought the wood alcohol to kill Slade. Mr. Baumer could have just found a good deal and bought an abundance of the wood alcohol to sell at his store. Another reason that they say he is guilty is Mr. Baumer knew Slade can’t read. Baumer is innocent you should surely believe that Mr. Baumer would never do such a thing to somebody and that he is innocent! I tell you right now, that Slades death was not Mr. Baumer’s fault!
