I decided to create a collage to display all of my key attributes and to further display how my actions affect those surrounding me. I chose each picture carefully to ensure that the images accurately depicted the stories which I received and the self-assessment that I felt best describes me. I chose to implement my Zodiac sign because I felt that it was a main theme within the stories that were provided. The description of a Scorpio has many of the values that have been attributed to me. One of the major strengths of a Scorpio is their ability to focus. If a Scorpio-born has decided on something, it’s almost impossible to divert him from his path. In the story provided by my boyfriend, he stated that I have a great sense of humor that is able to pull you out of any bad mood or sad situation. I chose the “keep calm and be gracious” picture to reflect on my acceptance of people who have negatively impacted my life. I was told in one of the stories that I handled the situation with diplomacy and graciousness. The green man on top of the “RISK” blocks was selectively chosen to show the story of how I went to Toronto without knowing anyone, in order to further benefit my future career. I was pleasantly surprised that my Zodiac symbol was quite accurate in terms of the common themes of my personality. I felt that it was necessary to include it in my best self-portrait because the Zodiac symbol is an important element that is embedded within your soul and highly influential in our society. I believe that I could use my best self-portrait to better my relationships, future career and overall everyday life because I will be aware of the ways in which I am acting because I have fully grasped the concept of the best self-image. People don’t stop to really analyze their behaviours or the ways that they’re acting in day-to–day situations until a problem/ important event arises and they’re forced to self-evaluate at a moment’s notice. People wouldn’t have to stress out over whether or not they can accomplish or overcome a situation if they were aware of their positive abilities. They would know exactly what their capabilities are and what they could handle if they had done a best self-portrait
