The meaning of secondary data is the second- hand analysis. This mean the analysis of data and the information that was gathered by someone else. Example of secondary data is researchers, institution and data collected, data base, technical reports, scholarly journals, books, hand books, print out, literature review articles, trade journals and reference books, these are example of source from secondary data. Doing my independent internal review I will have to study the policies and procedure first to know and understand the policies and procedures. I will find their policy and procedure in their handbook, it will give me how the procedure and policy go and it will detail me with both these important concepts. It also give me solution to handle certain situation to reduce the hatred between the police and the community and the citizen. I will create a policy and procedure for the community and the citizen who be able to help the police by starting a watch group in their community and talk to the police in their community. Having activity to build the trust between the police and community. I will create effective policing , which would protect the safe of the community, recruiting and hiring qualified people for the job, and offer training that deal with ethics and education and come up with early intervention system and a risk management to be able to handle certain situation that happen. Also I will build the capacity and sustainability and have internal affairs in place. The most important thing is building and fixing the community trust and response and support. I will review the complaint from the citizen and contact them to see what the problem and how they feel we should fix the problem.
