The Investigator met with Investigator Michael Dattilio from Hellertown Police Dept. 685 Main St. Hellertown, Pa. 18055 (610) 838-7040 in reference to Judge Tidd’s investigation. Dattilio explained that Tidd, acting as attorney for Adams Plumbing, wrote up an agreement on April 26, 2013. The agreement between Douglas Adams, owner of Adams Plumbing, and former employee, Stephanie Gail Molloy, who acknowledged by written statement, that she improperly took funds from Adams Plumbing when she was the office manager. The agreement determined that Molloy would repay $88,000 to Adams.

(MasTec), who sued the company alleging that their employment were terminated after an appearance on a TV news show, complaining about unfair new pay formula and the instructions to lie to the customers in order to meet with the telephone lines installations rates. On October 21st 2015 at approximately 0945 hours, Investigator Akins and Investigator Smith assisted board of Parole officers in the apprehension of absconder Douglas Scott Stillman. Mr. Stillman was taken to the Investigation's office, where he was made aware of his Miranda rights. Mr. Stillman waived his rights and agreed to speak with investigators about Case 15-22230, which lists him as a suspect involving Theft of Property. Mr. Stillman stated that he had taken the antique doors to refinish them for Ms. “Kay”. Mr. Stillman stated he had stored the doors at his house located at 27723 Nichols Loop Rd.
Candidate Lippmann had a thorough, yet succinct, brief, but omitted the Command and Signal part of the 5-paragraph order. Candidate Lippmann established an initial plan by outlining and then delegated specific tasks for his fire team prior to the point of execution, to include giving any security direction. Experiencing several setbacks, Candidate Lippmann was able to quickly make modifications to the initial plan in a timely manner. Through issuing clear commands, his team was able to adapt and function together as a single small unit. Candidate Lippmann was calm during the execution of the problem.

The reason is due to the production machine, which used to fill those Linatol bottles, does not function in the right way as it is supposed to be. Moreover, there were a few condominiums near our business location. A lot of college students and working adults are living in the condominium too. It is very convenient and easy for them to walk to our shop as it only takes 5 to 10 minutes to walk to our shop.
